TIMOTHY R. GABLEHOUSE

Mr. Gablehouse is an attorney maintaining an environmental practice focused on planning and management of environmental compliance, emergency planning, loss prevention and corrective action projects. These activities include service in a ninth eight term as a Governor’s appointee on the Colorado Emergency Planning Commission and chairing the Local Emergency Planning Committee - Citizen Corp Council for Jefferson County.

Mr. Gablehouse is currently serving as President of the National Association of SARA Title III Program Officials. He is also a member of InfraGard, and is serving as Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Denver Member’s Alliance. In the arena of public-private preparedness partnerships he is serving as President of the not-for-profit Colorado Emergency Preparedness Partnership, Inc.

He has twice testified before the Commerce Committee of the United States House of Representatives regarding emergency planning and response, and before the Environment and Public Works Committee of the United States Senate regarding the accident investigation and prevention activities of the United States Chemical Safety Board and Environmental Protection Agency.

International activities in these fields include numerous speaking engagements as well as work on emergency preparedness and emergency response programs through UNEP, OECD, OPCW and several universities.

Noteworthy items include:
- As a speaker at the Workshop on Chemical Releases Caused by Deliberate Acts, cosponsored by OECD, NATO, OPCW, REMPEC/IMO, UNECE, UNEP and WHO held at Rome;
- As a speaker during the International Conference on the 20th Anniversary of the Bhopal Gas Tragedy held at I.I.T. in Kanpur India in December 2004;
- As a member of the OECD Safety Performance Indicators Expert Group for the OECD Guiding Principles for Chemical Accident Prevention, Preparedness and Response.
- Presenting a paper at the Joint EU-OECD Seminar on Safety Performance Indicators held at Bordeaux in October 2008.
- As a speaker at the National Workshop on Emergency Preparedness in the Chemical Sector in China, hosted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection held at Beidaihe in September 2010.

Mr. Gablehouse holds JD and MBA degrees from the University of Denver, and a BA in Environmental
Biology from the University of Colorado.
