The Homeland Security Digital Library (HSDL) is the nation's premier collection and tool for  homeland security policy, strategy and organized research. It supports local, state, tribal and federal analysis and decision-making needs and assists academics of all disciplines in homeland defense and security related research. The Homeland Security Digital Library provides quick access to important U.S. policy documents, presidential directives, and thousands of key, national strategy documents as well as specialized resources such as theses and research reports from various universities, organizations, local agencies and state agencies (login and password obtained on login).

Business operations that require close contact with fellow employees and the public face special considerations in preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
